James Qualified from Oxford Brookes University in 2017 with a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science and worked as a Senior Occupational Health technician with the Metropolitan Police. He went on to study Physiotherapy at South Bank University in London and qualified with a distinction in 2022. Whilst at University he gained experience in care of the elderly, Neurology, musculoskeletal adult and paediatric physiotherapy. James has been working as a physiotherapist within an orthopaedic hospital and musculoskeletal out-patient setting for the past year while also working within academy rugby. High quality patient-care is a priority for James. He has a compassionate and friendly attitude and a passion for teaching and helping others. James has assessed and treated a wide range of pathologies including joint pain and injury, tendinopathy, ligament strains and sprains, back and neck pain and osteoarthritis. He is able to offer expert assessment, advice and graded exercise to ensure you achieve your goals.
