At OxPhysio, we not only offer physiotherapy and pilates, we now have stretch classes too. We want to encourage restorative exercise in all its forms, flexibility goes hand in hand with stabilty and strength so why not compliment your pilates classes with a class which promots flexibility.
Simply stretch classes will help you identify and work on postural problems and restore confidence in your body's abilities. If you feel stronger and more flexible, your balance and co-ordination will improve which helps to prevent injury, enabling you to live a healthy and active lifestyle.

Current class times are 9.30am or 10.15am on Friday mornings at North Oxford Community Centre. Pre booking is essential to confirm your space.
