OxPhysio offers pilates classes around Oxford, which are suitable for any age, ability and fitness level, including specialist classes for osteoporosis sufferers and post natal pilates. We offer regular group sessions which run in six to eight week blocks or individual pilates sessions at a time and venue that is suitable for you.
The group classes run from Headington community centre, Quarry Pavillion, Headington Parish Hall, Cheney Community Centre and William Osler House. All venues are conveniently located close to the Oxford ring road and have their own parking. The cost of booking onto an existing course is £54 for a block of 6 weeks or £11 per class if you book for less than 6 weeks. We strongly advise that you book in for an individual assessment before starting the course so we can disccuss any health concerns you may have and show you the basics. Private classes (up to 6 clients in a class) or individual sessions are charged at £90. Please see our pilates classes section for more information on our classes including the time tables and for information on the benefits of pilates.
